Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal period
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the goods.
Withdrawal Declaration
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Sina Freitag, Am Klosterhof 201, 51069 Köln, Germany, E‑Mail: sina.freitag.art@gmail.com) by a clear statement (e.g. a letter by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.
Return of the Goods
You are obliged to return the received goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after informing us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct costs of returning them if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered ones and are free from defects.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
